Called RU Collective because I needed an alignment really badly. I honestly thought these guys only work on Euro/BMWs only because that’s the only cars they post but I was wrong! Long time friends and clients of ours, Cecil, Michael, Ryan and the team here are amazing. Their attention to detail is top notch. They may not be the cheapest, they are not the most expensive, but you pay for what you get and these guys will go the extra mile to ensure your car is handled properly.
I've come to RU for a few years now and I can't recommend this shop enough. Ryan, the owner, and Cecil, the service advisor, have assisted me and my baby (2015 Honda CRV) through multiple maintenance services. I've come here for quality oil changes, reliable tire rotations, and other services for my car. The shop is inviting, understanding, and patient to listen to your car concerns and needs. This is the best shop around. Michael was incredibly chill, friendly, and knowledgeable. If you need a trustworthy mechanic check this place out. Michael is the man!
I brought my car in a few days ago, and it was serviced by Michael, the technician at RU. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had no issues with the process or with my car after the service. The rest of the staff were also kind, and I definitely feel comfortable coming back for anything car related!
