I had a malfunction on my Ray 4, I called the Toyota close to where I live and they couldn't fit me in for 2 weeks. Race Toyota fit me in within the week. I arrived and they were so kind right off the hop and provided me with continuous updates throughout my time waiting. Something about their customer service makes me want to keep coming back to them, even though its 50 minutes from where I live. I really appreciate their level of customer service.
Multiple family members have all purchased vehicles off Jeff and his father Dave DeRusha. We purchased our van recently off of Jeff. Honest and efficient. Sales process was very transparent. Would highly recommend this dealership! We drove 2 hours to purchase from Race and it was worth it!

I've learned it's better to head north to Lindsay for trustworthy service from the sales/delivery, business and service departments at Race Toyota. The purchase, delivery experience and technical instruction on new Toyota safety software features was user/ buyer friendly. My wife who works in sales and service elsewhere liked the service she received here a couple of years ago and encouraged me to check around first but buy here in the end.
