They have signs on the door saying closed on Saturdays for the summer, but I didn't get warned of that by the staff, and I didn't see it on their website or the Google listing. So I was surprised when I was dropped off there to pick up my car on Saturday morning and could not get it. I had to get a very expensive taxi home again.
We’ve purchased multiple vehicles (Rav4, Tacoma, Corolla) from Race Toyota and have had our vehicles serviced at the dealership, this included a serious mechanical issue with our truck that was not under warranty. Our experience with sales (Jeff DeRusha) and service (Gerry Mitchell) has been awesome, even/especially when dealing with a difficult situation. I went to race toyota in 2023 to buy a brand new tacoma in September of that year, I live close to Lindsay and I belive in supporting your local business. When I sat down with the salesman I was told that they had nothing to show me and the only truck they had on the lot was sold. So I also couldn't see the truck and the color that I was looking for.
