Bought a product for a customer directly. After few weeks vibration developed. Reached out with hopes of resolving the issue. Been advised to install cleaning pads to clean rotors, then new pads and brake them in. After trying that few times vibration is Still here and absolutely NO communication with Race Technologies. Reached out MULTIPLE times via phone and email, NOTHING. Spend over $5000.... Always been happy with product but based on recent experience will never buy from again. Waste of time and money... Thanks

I emailed Brembo directly because none of the big tuner guys would give me the information I wanted, presumably because it would involve work. I wanted the upgrade from the 355 to the 380 which requires new parts. I was put in contact with Rick who answered all my questions thoroughly and promptly. My impression of this company is so good it warranted a review. Thank you Rick for all the help.
