Bought a RaceTech Gold Valve kit for my 2024 KTM 125 SX. The recommended setup was way too soft and didn’t work well. When I asked for help with re-valving, customer support was unhelpful and gave no real guidance. Very disappointing for the price.
Worked with the tech department to get parts for my bike. I have been working with Richie. He has been absolutely amazing. Extremly smart and works very well with his customers. He treated me as if I was his own family member and did all that he could to make sure that I fully understood the products. Honestly, after this experience I don't see myself go anywhere alse in the near future or at all for that matter!!! Thanks Richie!!
