Great customer service - a one stop shop.
I am astounded by the great comments about this place. I have been in this shop 3 times (and only because I had a credit on my account) and have never been greeted (only stared at) and cannot get more than grunts and nods out of the gentleman that has been working. I feel as though I am easily approachable and friendly and cannot understand for the life of me why this guy just glares at me when I come in. I had a great experience with this shop and recommend them highly. I walked into Race Pace Cyclery knowing the type of riding I wanted to do but not the bike I wanted to buy. The owner asked a few insightful questions (slow to speak but quick to listen) and made his recommendation. He never tried to upsell me above my budget.
