Went for an oil change in March and everything went well. Friendly service and answered any questions. Well now it’s time for another oil change and I found that the drain plug was put back cross threaded which cause the head of the bolt to be sheered off when removed with hand tools only. Talked with Mike “Regional Manager” and he said it not their fault and it’s a wear issue and refused to listen. Cross threading is an error on the technician and not a wear issue. Went for an oil change somehow, a week later I have no oil in my car, and my car is misfiring and I’m in need of a ignition coil . I had zero problems with my car before I got serviced at this valvoline. When I called for them to fix it they basically told me they can’t do anything for me . If you want your car messed up I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THEM 😡
