Terrible service - one tech makes excuses for others. I have an expensive car and after being in there for an HOUR, I don't feel my car is totally safe. Never Again For Sure - and Not my friends and family either!!!!!

RecommendedI honestly can't say enough good about this location. There is actually one young man that works there , I don't know his name and I feel bad that I don't . He is so helpful and he has a very good knowledge of cars especially Subarus, which I happen to own. He & the whole staff are always so helpful and reassuring and answers all of my stupid questions.

Got a Groupon and went there for the first time today. I was told “sorry you can’t use that for 24 hrs, it’s in the small print”. I refunded it, deleted the app and drove 300 ft to Monroe Muffler. I won’t be going back to Valvoline. Why do they even bother spending money on advertising? A corporate policy like this rings alarm bells for me.
