We worked with Jordan Gregory Elenko at Race & Company LLP, and the experience was excellent. Jordan was professional, attentive, and very easy to communicate with. He explained everything clearly, handled our case efficiently, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It was truly a pleasure working with him — highly recommend!
After trying to email and call Race & Company for nearly two weeks and submit a booking for consultation, have not heard anything, now I see with a few other people who shared their reviews. It has changed since Doug Race was running the law firm.
Seemingly very busy but equally professional, efficient and kind which was appreciated considering the delicate circumstances.
I would not recommend this law firm. Graham Laschuk, achieved absolutely nothing, charged $900 and then ghosted us. Despite the seriousness of the matter, he made a single phone call, dismissed my concerns, and closed the file without any progress or follow-up. This was a complete waste of time and money—look elsewhere for reliable legal assistance.
Cannot leave a voice mail is full, and several emails not responded. No response from Messages left for a specific lawyer either. It seems good Customer Service is not a priority in this firm. I regret choosing this law firm for my business. Very disappointed!
