I've been working with Race & Co. (now Coast Mountain Law LLP) as a personal and business client for about 6-years now. I've worked and communicated with several members of their team, and they've been rock solid. I find their communication to be timely, their advice to be sound, and their cost to be pretty standard...no complaints. That said, I don't expect my law firm to jump through hoops for me...I just want decent response time, solid advice, reasonable pricing, and clear communication; they provide these for me.
Anna was exceptionally helpful with the sale of our Lillooet Lake Estates property. Was able to address some unusual conditions for us. Competent and friendly.
I would not recommend lawyer Graham C. Laschuk to anyone! He billed me unnecessarily for work not done, he billed me for reading my brief short emails which he said took him hours to read which is impossible because the emails were only a few sentences long, he missed deadlines for applications, he wasted the courts time by showing up unprepared and then he asked the court to award me $230,000 interim distribution to cover my legal fees from April 2024 to the end of December 2025 which would cover all legal fees until the en... read more
