5 Stars for Tyler in the service department. Excellent service from Tyler today. He was extremely professional and methodical. Tyler took his time to explain everything. Christina did a great job coordinating our appointment and getting us service as soon as she could.

In our search for a pontoon boat we did online research and visited several dealerships. We first encountered Race City Marine at the boat show in Charlotte in February 2025. We purchased a Barletta from RCM and have been extremely happy with the boat and with the excellent customer support we have received from every person with whom we have interacted at RCM.
