Amazing service! Very impressed with their insight and knowledge. Helped me diagnose a very difficult wheel vibration issue at a very reasonable cost. Will return for all my car repairs and am sending all my friends as well.
Started out great, now been nothing but heart ache. I understand things happen. But communication goes a long way. This has been on going for 3 or 4 months now. We get it people are busy. Thats why we suggested another shop to valvoline. No communication. Had our truck this time for 4 days and didnt even open it, or had courtesy to tell us they are sick. Just saying, communication is key.
Although Redmond Auto didn’t actually service our POS rental car while we were visiting for a festival from Las Vegas, he went out of his way on a holiday to point me to a shop that could help me. If I hadn’t been able to find one he would have come in on Labor Day to help us get things sorted out. Genuinely appreciate the mechanics of Redmond that came together (unknowingly) to help two women get back to Vegas!!
Hands down the BEST shop I’ve ever taken my truck to. The service was absolutely top notch from start to finish. Communication was clear, honest, and straight-shooting the whole way through. My truck hasn’t run this good in YEARS! It feels smooth, powerful, and finally fixed right after another shop left me hanging with it running rough.
