Scheduled to have my car dropped off this morning. After hobbling through the parking lot on a broken foot, no one was there an hour after they were supposed to be open. Waited 20 mins & no one bothered to show up. No one‘s answering the phone and no way to leave a message. Very unprofessional.

I had stopped for the night at the Expo Center with our travel trailer and felt a lot of heat from my rear driver-side wheel. It also had a burning smell.
