This place is awesome. The guy who owns it is super friendly, honest, and helpful. He stayed late at the shop to make sure my car got to me and even had it running and warm when I came to pick it up.
Does good work, had an issue he worked on it, something seemed off still, he went threw it again replaced more things cleaned things up, at no additional charge, he stands by his warranty on repairs, I will be using Redmond auto experts again in the future for any needs.

Started out great, now been nothing but heart ache. I understand things happen. But communication goes a long way. This has been on going for 3 or 4 months now. We get it people are busy. Thats why we suggested another shop to valvoline. No communication. Had our truck this time for 4 days and didnt even open it, or had courtesy to tell us they are sick. Just saying, communication is key.
