Halyna and Tanya were outstanding ! Friendly , cleaned above and beyond! My son and daughter in law will be super surprised to come back from Vacation to such a spectacularly cleaned home! WOW!
Mixed experience that I unfortunately cannot recommend. I booked a move-in clean for an empty condo that was already pretty clean. The cleaners were professional in demeanor and the company was responsive, but the actual cleaning was poor. Unless you stand there and watch them, things will get missed. I returned to find many included areas untouched and a piece of a light fixture missing (which they denied, despite being the only ones with access). Needed a solid full-house cleaning to reset things to 0. Diana and Maryana showed up right on time, were very hard working and efficient, and managed to do a top-to-bottom clean in a few hours. Really appreciate it! The cost for value is great, too; I found the rates quite affordable.
I absolutely love my cleaning crew, Olesya and Tania. They are super nice, professional, and always do an amazing job. The company overall is very flexible and understanding, which I really appreciate. If they finish early, they always ask what else I’d like done and happily take care of it. That level of communication and care makes such a difference. Highly recommend!
We love our Raccoon cleaners!! They come every other week and it’s been such a joy. The cleaners are friendly, reliable, and do a great job. Especially Maryana and Diana. The customer service is also great too, someone checks in with us before every clean to confirm the time. We are very satisfied and highly recommend them.
