We waited over 25 minutes just to check in, despite only a few people ahead of us in line. The process was slow and tedious. When it was finally our turn, another guest cut in front of us. I pointed out that there was a queue, but the receptionist, Nicole, insisted on serving the other guest first. This was disappointing and felt unfair, especially after such a long wait. It gets very busy expect to wait for everything as not enough staff - do not book 4 seater kart is too heavy like it’s got a flat tyre go for tandem or single - no pedal boats as advertised
