Highly DONT recommend! Don’t be fooled by the pretty apts and townhomes. We rented the two story townhomes. They look nice but are built as cheap as possible! You can hear clear conversations of your neighbors , paint job is so cheap, you rub against the wall and it powders off! Long things to list. Most importantly, know you will not only NOT see a penny back of your deposit, you will also be charged labor for the hours it took their employees to repaint your apt after you move out, and also the cleaning crew that comes in ... read more
Russell is the biggest jerk I have ever met my husband passed away people was going to remodel the trailer I lived in well they shut off water not knowing it shut off the whole trailer park he charged me 1500 fora hour of it being off I told him I didn't know and how sorry I was the he proceeded to talk to me like crap I said you don't have to to talk to me like I'm a dog he said I'll treat you like a dog that your dead husband was this was only one week after I lost my husband and since I couldn't come up with 1500 he evict... read more

I rented at Stone Creek for about a year while in Sedalia working. Tara is awesome to work with and the facilities are great. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a super nice luxury apartment or townhome to check them out.
Very affordable, easy access and very sturdy units for all your needs , I use the climate control units and couldn’t be happier!
