Booked space for a meeting room months ago. A few weeks after I booked it, I received a sales call asking if we had meetings in the future (obviously they didn't see we had a meeting booked there- which worried me). When we had our meeting, we were running 10 minutes behind and were told you have 5 minutes to get out or we were going to be charged.
