Im in tears. I genuinely don’t think these guys know what they’re doing. Communication is certainly lacking.
Dropped my Impreza in last Thursday and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the customer service and value for money. Frankly, the customer service from the reception team was better than most of the restaurants I've visited in the past six months, and that includes a few hotels

On Tuesday 29th July my daughter at my recommendation brought her 1999 Honda HRV for a service specifically because she had a loss of power and felt the car was running rough. She was contacted by the centre after a test drive and told there was nothing wrong with the running of the car, but that there were other issues (oil leak, dirty clutch fluid, worn belt). Would definitely not go here again. Dropped my car in for an annual service on a Wednesday morning 8am. Got phoned back at 12pm to say someone had closed the bonnet while parts were still out of the car and now they cannot get the bonnet open and asking me did I have issues with it before. Never had an issue with it. Was told I’d get a call back when they figured out what was wrong with it. They phoned back a while later to say they think the bonnet cable has snapped and they can’t open it so will have to leave it to a diffe... read more
