Would definitely not go here again. Dropped my car in for an annual service on a Wednesday morning 8am. Got phoned back at 12pm to say someone had closed the bonnet while parts were still out of the car and now they cannot get the bonnet open and asking me did I have issues with it before. Never had an issue with it. Was told I’d get a call back when they figured out what was wrong with it. I had my car tow to the RAC service center and I know my serpentine belt is broken and needs replacement. They replaced the belt and cost for belt was $90 and labor charge was $272. I don’t think it’s reasonable.
This is me broken down at a busy intersection, just down the road after picking up my car a few weeks ago. Wasnt a great experience getting honked and yelled out by other drivers. I had my car towed to the NB service centre after breaking down right on St Georges Terrace, and getting yelled and screamed at there. My car is one of those cars that stop, start, and has a push button start. So i couldnt just push start it or turn a key. I’m no mechanic but I suggested it could have been a battery.
