Absolute Disaster! My experience at RAC Osborne Park was a complete waste of time and money. My campervan had starting issues, and we had already had to jump-start it twice. We informed the service advisor that it could be the battery, the radio, or the dual-battery system drawing power. We were told: “Leave the vehicle with us, we’ll check it and call you by 4 PM.” We never received a call. When we went there ourselves at 5 PM, our vehicle hadn’t even been looked at yet. Changed rear rotors which didn't need changing and neglected to identify problem with wheel shudder. Charged top dollar for work that didn't need doing ( ie rotor change), failed to identify cause of the issue which I wanted resolved on the first place. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
Communication re required service of car and when to collect car was efficient and timely. Whoever cleaned and polished my car on completion did a fantastic job. It was an absolute unexpected bonus. Thanks so much.
Was advised can wait for 90 minutes and complete service. Get into centre and it's 2.5 hrs. Extra to quote for a problem they found at last service Inconvenient.
