Changed rear rotors which didn't need changing and neglected to identify problem with wheel shudder. Charged top dollar for work that didn't need doing ( ie rotor change), failed to identify cause of the issue which I wanted resolved in the first place. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
They give mechanics a bad name. 10% off labour and 385% increase in parts you don't need doesn't sound like much of a discount to me
Everyone I dealt with was exceptional: Dave in the workshop , Bernie in the bus, and the guys on the desk.
Good quality service. Reliable technicians solved our car issues. The service price is a bit on the higher side.
