Communication re required service of car and when to collect car was efficient and timely. Whoever cleaned and polished my car on completion did a fantastic job. It was an absolute unexpected bonus. Thanks so much.
Was advised can wait for 90 minutes and complete service. Get into centre and it's 2.5 hrs. Extra to quote for a problem they found at last service Inconvenient.

Booked my ute in for 40k service with 4 weeks notice. I rang 4 days out to check just how long the service would take as living in regional WA I needed to make the most of my visit to Perth. Good thing I rang as RAC Osy Park had no knowledge of me or my service booking. Imagine doing a 5hr trip to be told this! Not even a offer of trying to fit me in!! Avoid this outfit at all costs.
