Waste of time. Did a basic water and and filter change. Didn't read any diagnostics, didn't service transmission - just wrote me a list of defects that I had already told them about prior to booking. These guys aren't mechanics - just car washers. I next went to Euro King Auto - and they did a brilliant job. Don't waste your time with RAC.

I did provide brand new oil filter + oil (from supercheap) for a service, 5 days later I've got engine oil pissing everywhere, bring back the car to RAC and they make me pay another 80$ for put a new oil filter because I gave them defect oil filter, so why did you put it if it was defect ? For me, someone in the workshop haven't done a good job and they make me pay for it !!!!!! I bring back the "defect" filter to supercheap, that was just bullshit by RAC like I thought, and supercheap agreed with me !!!!!! I will never go b... read more
I have been taking my car here for the past 3 years. Can not fault their service. Wouldn't take it anywhere else.
