This place is a rip off. We brought our black angus cow in to be butchered. First off we hadn’t to pay to get the skin back. Ok so I guess that was for them to cut it off. Next we asked for the sweet breads. I was told they don’t process that , but they sell sweet breads in the market they have there. We asked for 2 prime ribs whole and the only gave us one. We wanted all kidneys, heart and liver. No kidneys in our package. We wanted the head and almost didn’t get that either. I tried to call about this and of course the own... read more
