My only complaint with this bank is they closed all the Stockton branches and now I have to go to Lodi for my banking. They also stopped staying one day a wk open til 6pm. With my work schedule it’s hard to make it to the branch by 5pm. I’ve been a customer for years and I have never ever had bad experience with this bank. The tellers always know me by name and so helpful. I love my bank, just wish they had more branches for convenience purposes.

One of banking customer service , Dylan, is sooooo professionally motivating , helping , and rescuing me on many bank issues while I nearly lose my own banking online, checking account , and debit card from Rabobank I have been banking I since 10 years. Nevertheless, I miss Rabobank so much . In the meantime, I am very deeply admired Dylan is the best banking customer service at assisting me with all kinds of banking account and so grateful for Dylan for rescuing my banking !!!!
