This bank is a freaking joke! I understand the safety of their customers but they are not willing to help in any situation. We couldn’t cash a check (not even a lot of money) until the person who wrote it confirmed they wrote it. My grandmother is 90 years old and isn’t always reliable with answering calls and understanding why. They called once and said there’s nothing they could do about it until she called them. Worst Bank in the Valley. I have been trying to close my account for 2 months. I got a call last week that it was closed. I just received an overdraft notice in the mail. They do not know anything about customer service.
Raquel is the best business banking manager I have worked with til date. She is old school, hands on, personable, and willing to take extra time to find solutions.
It's where I used to bank when it was Rabobank. The bank personnel are generally friendly and ready to help, however my supervisor had an issue with me and let go. I stayed banking there because i thought the bank was a great bank and great place to work in spite of some personnel that had a knife in your back. Just my experience
I was attended by Raquel Rodriguez.. the Vice President, and she was completely rude, she made me feel belittled and dumb. She was unwilling to help.. I was trying to find solutions to my problems and she was completely irritated by me… she made it clear that MY problems where MY problems and she wanted nothing to do with me… I have never been disrespect and looked down at in my life.. but Ms Rodriguez accomplished that today.
