Exelente atención al cliente
This bank is a freaking joke! I understand the safety of their customers but they are not willing to help in any situation. We couldn’t cash a check (not even a lot of money) until the person who wrote it confirmed they wrote it. My grandmother is 90 years old and isn’t always reliable with answering calls and understanding why. They called once and said there’s nothing they could do about it until she called them. They wouldn’t even allow me to call in front of them to tell her to call the bank or to answer when they call! ... read more
Worst Bank in the Valley. I have been trying to close my account for 2 months. I got a call last week that it was closed. I just received an overdraft notice in the mail. They do not know anything about customer service.
Raquel is the best business banking manager I have worked with til date. She is old school, hands on, personable, and willing to take extra time to find solutions.
It's where I used to bank when it was Rabobank. The bank personnel are generally friendly and ready to help, however my supervisor had an issue with me and let go. I stayed banking there because i thought the bank was a great bank and great place to work in spite of some personnel that had a knife in your back. Just my experience
