Today I was greeted by Nathan and Barbara! I can honestly say best customer service ever at this branch! I have noticed there is a frequent change in employees but if amazing, genuinely kind employees like Nathan and Barbara are there I will continue using this branch location! Thank you so much for taking the time to care about your customers!

Opened an account here in July of 2021. This is my 2nd bank account the other is with Wells Fargo but definitely I'm treated 10 times better here than at Wells Fargo. Every time I've come in I've never experienced anyone in line as in other banks. I've never asked but several times I've been attended by the branch manager and she's always been fantastic taking me into to her office to attend of my banking needs. They have many branches throughout California which is a great plus 4 me and why I chose them as my 2nd bank
