What a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OVERALL. I went in and they took a mole off in the office and I wasn't expecting that. Issue is the way it looks TODAY. SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT. It looks infected and like a HUGE hard white spot now. I've not gone back because I do not trust them now. Apparently I had an unpaid balance of 205.00 that I was unaware of. Not the best experience. She seemed way more concerned with rushing through my appt than my issues. Only wanted to discuss issues that the room assistant brought up to her, not what was on my chart.
Dr. Greenberg was so kind to my son. She was going to remove a questionable spot on his skin, and because of cost, he wanted her not to use the medication to deaden the area. She was so incredibly kind and understanding. Doctors may rush, but give them some professional credit to know when they can rush and when they need to spend the time.
Typically late. Last visit, 45-50 minutes late in getting to me. Then acted as if she had more important things to do, and was constantly trying to leave the room. Seemed annoyed when I kept bringing up other concerns. Short office hours and long lunches. Phones are unattended during lunch hours. Per voice message, office is closed for lunch from 12:15 - 1:45 p.m. However, I've encountered at least three occasions when I called after 2 p.m., phones were still off, and the "our office is closed" message was still playing.
Although knowledgeable, this Dr. and clinic is either overscheduled or prefers to book too closely to cram more customers in. Greenberg & Assoc.leave the customer with the impression that their time is more important than your problem. Greenberg is impatient and does not want to hear the customer's POV @ a point. Although several actions were requested in an appointment, the Dr. made a point of assuring that the customer would need to come back. Actively searching for a Dr that has time AND is customer service oriented!!!
I would not recommend this doctor. I have a diagnosed skin condition, and had to find a new doctor since I just moved to Houston. She did not listen to me, or read what was on my chart. She was very rushed, and did not even ask if I had any questions before disappearing - I thought she had to get samples, but it was the assistant who brought those back, and I had to ask to see the doctor again. She is terrible. I will not be returning to see this doctor again.
She is tops. Pleasant, personable, and knowledgeable, Dr. Greenberg is one of the best doctors I have ever dealt with. Her office staff is super too.
