Yesterday Dr Tawk successfully completed a procedure on my mom that took care of a problem vessel in her brain that had been bleeding over the past seven months. Let me just say my mom hadn't been herself to say the least overthe past seven months. Speech slurred, increasing confusion, and severe headaches were just a few of her horrible side effects. Dr. Tawk may have expertise in his area of focus, but my brief interaction with him this morning at the hospital concerning my mother showed him to be arrogant, abrupt, and dismissive. I asked him valid and pointed questions, and he blew me off as though I were an idiot. When I repeated and clarified my questions, he simply repeated his earlier, vague answers, and avoided giving me the more detailed explanations I requested. Completely unacceptable.
