We have been customers at the Newburg store for several years and from the front of the store to the back we have found everyone to be kind and courteous. They do excellent work and the work is done on time. We have always been treated with the greatest amount of respect and consideration for our every need. THANK YOU RABIN TIRE NEWBURG, INDIANA.
Seem to have trouble getting 900.00 tires rotated. I can't leave the vehicle there for 2 or 3 hours. They won't let you make an appointment for this service. I think once you pay for your tires the service part of their business is gone. This was for a company truck. I don't think I will ever buy tires from Raben for this vehicle or any other.
Just took my 2006 Dodge Charger in to have my lug nuts replaced.They did the job charged me \$185 dollars and put some big scratches in my front rims. When I called about the rims they said they did not do it and then blamed it on me. I will never take anything back to them. PS they do not stand by there work!!!!!!
