I had an issue a few months ago. Maybe a year ago. And I was told it was something else. Yesterday. I found out it was originally the problem that I thought was I was able to call the. Receptionist is very, very nice. For answering phones so early in the morning, and they're sending somebody out Friday morning to me. Oh, I can say is compliments to your receptionist

These guys are the best! My mom was in a tough spot with a cracked sewer line and reached out to several companies, only to be quoted over $500 just for an inspection. When I called Rabe, I connected with Bobby’s team, and they came out immediately and their fairness and transparency stood out immediately. They scoped the line, cleared the blockage, and replaced the pipe in no time. My mom couldn’t stop raving about their kindness, and the pricing was reasonable. From now on, Rabe will be my only call

I had a new copper waterline put in. The crew that did it were great. They were neat, conscientious and true gentlemen. One of the crew members pulled out a plant by mistake and when I discovered it he was really upset and replanted it for me even though I said I would do it later! Just a great crew!! I called Monday morning to hydro jet my main pipe from the curb. They were able to get someone to come out 2 hours later. Ryan was very detailed about his process making sure that the clogg was completely gone.

I used them few times in the past two months. I doubt I will continue to use them. Their owner , Bob, is careless and unresponsive. I have been waiting over two months for Bob to come with a quote to repair my sewage line. In the meantime I had to call them and other vendors 5 times to clear the line. $3000 and 8 phone calls later I am still waiting for the quote and the camera footage that they owe me. This is the problem dealing with family, unprofessional vendors. I guess I have no choice but to go with another company.
