Other than repairs that never get done, dont live on the lower floors you often get neighbors above you that stomp around at 3 am even if you tell them about it and the landlord about it nothing gets done, regardless of how much damage they cause Dont even get me started on the massive amounts of unfinished construction/renovation projects

Apartment seem to be ok but the management is horrible. The person in management team name Mike is a very unprofessional. He talks to people very rude way. If we ask them to fix something he takes long time to fix it and he blame tenants for broken stuffs. He also seem to differentiate the tenant’s ethnicities.
