Great experience with Doc/this company! My keys were locked in the trunk (Walmart). My vehicle went into secure mode. We were out there for hours. No one could get the trunk open. Doc to the rescue! Doc contacted me prior to his arrival, to provide an estimated arrival time. He also provided a very detail description of the service he was going to provide. He arrived on time. Don’t know how this guy has 5 stars. Him or one of his helpers towed a vehicle home from mechanic shop to our house ( thru insurance company). Left a trail of oil a mile from our house and a PUDDLE of oil in our driveway and didn’t attempt to put oil dry or anything to clean it up. Shitty place of business and its not over cause our insurance company hired them to tow the vehicle back home so therefore the insurance company AND the tow company is responsible for damages.
