Nick Rottet performed pm. Was on n time, thorough, efficient and answered some questions I had about system being in standby mode.
Brian was my sales person, and Eddie and Shaw were my installers. A very good experience. Brian, met me at my home late in the evening to accomodate my schedule. Set me up with the right system for my home, and was very open amd easy to deal with. I had a Kinetico that worked well for 25 years, they installed a brand new one quickly, and efficiently. I would highly reccomend this team, and Kinetico... I would gladly be a return customer, but I suspect that this softener will likely outlive me.
Repair man arrived on time. Worked efficiently . Cleaned up after completing the job. Well done
