We've had our system for a couple years and we love it. Nick, from Rabb in Kokomo, came out today to check our system and change out a couple filters. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped us better understand how to maintain our softener system.They are very easy to schedule appointments with and they came out in a timely manner to check the system. We are pleased with the service and support from Rabb.
Best water system. Reverse osmosis and salt filtration system.
Quit possibly the worst customer service.
