Horrible florist! $150 spent and what my wife received was nearly as good as what they offer for $40 on their website. I asked the florist about this and he responded that he was happy with what they provided.
Valentine Disaster 2013--I ordered my wife flowers online about 3 weeks before the big day. I specified that they be delivered before 1pm. They got to her work sometime between 4 and 4:30 after she had left. She got to watch all the other ladies in the office get their flowers instead. When I called the store the evening of 2/14/13, I explained what had occurred and the owner's wife called me back after confirming my receipt specified the 1pm deliery and asked what they needed to do to make it right. WOW GREATEST FLORIST, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ,GREAT PRICES – WHEN I NEED FLOWERS DELIVERED TO A FUNERAL GRAVESIDE SERVICE AT A MOMENTS NOTICE I WENT INTO THE RABB FLORIST SHOP HOPING TO FIND SOMETHING ALREADY MADE UP BUT TO MY SURPRISE RABB FLORIST WAS NOT ONLY ABLE TO MAKE A MOST BEAUTIFUL FUNERAL SPRAY BUT HAVE IT DELIVERED AT GRAVESIDE.
