Absolutely horrible customer service. If I could give it zero stars I would, extremely rude as soon as I walked in. I brought in a PTO switch and a tire that were both bad, they would not even attempt to get me either one just because I didn't know the model number of the mower they came off of. I drove straight to another tractor dealer in town and they looked at both the switch and tire and had me a replacement for both in just a couple of minutes.
