Here is a summary for those who don't have time to read everything: Rabalais misdiagnosed my thermostat's need to be rewired, causing me to have to pay out of pocket for another company to do the job correctly. Rabalais ordered the wrong thermostat, and then broke my expensive Lennox Thermostat by running 2x the voltage through it than it needed. Rabalais then took the thermostat to verify this, and refused to return the broken thermostat to me or reimburse me after testing it. The longer story: I had Rabalais out in April b... read more
