Here is a summary for those who don't have time to read everything: Rabalais misdiagnosed my thermostat's need to be rewired, causing me to have to pay out of pocket for another company to do the job correctly. Rabalais ordered the wrong thermostat, and then broke my expensive Lennox Thermostat by running 2x the voltage through it than it needed.
