Absolutely horrible for property management. After paying rent, most of the time it would get lost then it would mysteriously be found (I have emails to prove that.) They do not repair anything at all! Drawers in the home had a crack down the middle and when I advised Erin, she continued to try and tell my that is normal (I have emails to prove that) then charges me for a "broken drawer" out of my deposit upon move out. My garbage disposal locked up and they tried to charge me a fee to "rent" their tool instead of fixing me.... read more
