Giving it a one star is actually good. Getting anyone from the office to return a phone call or follow up with colleagues is not a possibility. My husband recently had an order for an MRI for which Dr. Popli's office prepared wrong. The scanning center called five times over a week to have the order fixed. Zero answer or response. Finally, the day of the procedure, I called...of course, no one answered. The scanning center called again...no answer or response. I have crohns and lost my GI doctors of 10 years because he doesn’t take Medicare . So saw Dr Popli once for an initial patient visit - ordered a colonoscopy. After scope read result on phone . Ordered Ct had to track someone down to get results - his NP never called . Called a month later to get an appointment was hurting with mucus in stool and bleeding and the office staff took message . 3 days later called back said my scope was clear and my ct scan was good this was 2 months after all my testing - They said and I quote ... read more

I am retired military and have moved all over the US. My wife has been seen by many different Gastroenterologist. Yesterday, she was seen by Physician Assistant Sarah Osorio, Dr Raaj K Popli office, in Lake Mary. I say PA because often times when you are seen by a PA you are left feeling a little let down. MS Osorio was brilliant. This was the first time that we have had some one to listen to the issue and explain everything that was going on in plain simple English that we could understand.
