Our house is in the market and Raafat was presenting a buyer. He requested to see our house on a Weekday (Monday) at 3 PM. As most of the people are working from home these days, it is really hard to accommodate showing during business hours but we left the house so he can show. after 45 min of sitting in the park with the family and kids at 3 PM, we realized his client decided to not come to his appointment and he didn't even notify us. Raafat is a great realtor who is always concerned about his clients and their best interest. Me and my husband had a great experience with Raafat while looking for our new house and going through the purchase process. Raafat was very helpful and always there to answer any questions we had about documents, inspections, processes, escrow, etc. He made it easy, fun and less stressful for us asthe first time buyers.
Raafat was very helpful in showing me many apartments in the specific area that I was interested in, he was a pleasure to work with, kept things simple, efficient and didn't make any false promises. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional when it comes to selling homes and apartments. I would highly recommend him as an agent to anyone buying or selling their home - he is highly knowledgeable of the process as well as the market.
