Great experience buying a new vehicle!!
Horrible dealership. I set up a vehicle sale on a Wednesday. Was told the truck was on hold and would not be sold. Finalized the deposit on Friday morning. Called me on Friday @ 5PM telling me the truck was test driven that day by another customer and will be sold on Saturday to them. How does that make any sense? I inquired and purchased the vehicle first. Terrible handling of buisiness. Do not go to this dealership unless you want to be clowned around and waste your time. Dan & I was very impressed with Lilly , she answered all our questions & if she didn’t know she didn’t hesitate to find the answer . This is our 5 lease at Raabe with always great service .
