I just purchased an F150 from Raabe Ford yesterday. I worked with Preston. The entire experience was seamless. I inquired about a specific truck and Preston was on top of the entire transaction. I am an out-of-state buyer and I flew in to drive it back 8.5 hrs. Any question or detail I inquired about, Preston addressed. I cannot say enough to express how happy I am with my experience at Raabe Ford, especially with Ambrosia. She made my experience so easy and personable. I live about 3-4 hours away and she helped me complete things through email before making the drive to the dealership and once there, i’m not sure how, but she continued to make the experience great! I am so happy and feel blessed with how this all went and thank you so much Ambrosia, I can’t think you enough!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Preston at Raabe’s Ford! I just leased a brand-new 2026 Ford Explorer, and the entire process was incredibly easy and stress-free. I always swore I wouldn't do business at Raabe again after a bad experience trying to make a deal several years ago. But they had the exact vehicle I was looking for so I gave them another shot. I'm really glad I did. Dave Wilgus was friendly, low key and did not pressure me in any way. He gave me a fair deal rather quickly and I was happy to accept it!
