Dr. Raab is very kind & patient. She also has a good sense of humor & is easy to talk to!
I went to Dr Raab many years ago, and I am still her patient. She was one of the three neurologist that actually made a correct DX . With a lot patience and care, she was able to get me through a very uncommon mixture of neurological problems. Im greatful to her for her kindness, patience, understanding, and compassion. She always took the time to examin, talk with, and test. She has always done right by me.! God put her in my path and I’m thankful.
I called there to make an appointment for a neurological issue. Was told they do not treat it, even though it is one of the specialties listed on this website.
Dr. Rabb took her time, listened carefully to my answers and I felt comfortable with her.
Receptionist is an awful person. Dr Raab needs to hire someone else to be the person representing her office.
I went in with hand, arm tremors, restless leg syndrome, insomnia, achy muscles, stiff joints. Dr ordered head MRI. stated that I have resting tremors. Nothing else; said come back in 6 months. After receptionist billed me for what the insurance had already paid them; I decided to go to anther neurologist. The new Dr suspected Parkinsons and after having an ordered DAT scan; he confirmed the probability of Parkinsons and started treatment. How did Dr Raab miss this?!
Dr. Raab listens intently and asks questions to clarify or deepen her understanding of what I say to her. She's good at keeping me on topic at the same time she shows warmth and appreciation of my message. She tests my physical and mental responses and gives feedback as to any changes in my status.
Dr. Robb is a very smart woman and gives good information and asks to have followups after receiving the information.
dr is great. the receptionist is always having a bad day and makes fun of customers after she hangs up phone, for all to hear! she billed me for an amount that she was already paid for by my insurance. she wont give me a receipt for the amount that I pay at the visit! completely unprofessional and arrogant receptionist.
