Mr. Woodall's crew came out yesterday and I couldn't be more please with the whole experience. Yeah, yeah, there was a ton of noise. Found out my granddaughters can sleep through anything. The crew continuously cleaned up debris and walked the yard for any stray nails. My roof from the sheeting up is brand new and beautiful. Thank you R.A. Woodall for the top shelf service and materials. Highly recommend this company.
R.A. Woodall Roofing replaced my roof last week. After many estimates, and much thought, we decided to go with R.A. Woodall and it was the best decision we could have made! I am so happy with the job they did!! They responded to our initial inquiry very quickly. After agreeing to the aerial measurements, Mr. Woodall came to our house and gave us an estimate. Absolute worse customer service ever. I contacted these guys in December 2020 for a roof inspection/repair. They first tell me that they "just don't come out and look at it" as once they look at it, they work on it that day... Due to having a leak I said sure.... I have water coming into a spare room. They then tell me they are 2-3 weeks out.... I said ok.. once more, just put me on the list....I send them images and someone eventually comes to my house 3 weeks later AFTER I called them about 4 times due to being scheduled t... read more
