Dr. Ra is a rare find among private evaluators who conduct psychological/psychoeducational evaluations. Her evaluation is quite probably the most comprehensive I have ever reviewed in my 30 year career in education. I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Ra as her intern in Hudson County Schools of Technology. Her skill set and passion is second to none. Trust, comfort and rapport come natural to her. She is professional and caring while helping others feel safe and relaxed. During counseling, she taught students how to articulate emotions and provided coping strategies. I received the most genuine, professional care from Dr. Ra. She is an empathetic therapist who is passionate about her work. After your first session with her, you will find inner peace and feel hopeful, not hopeless. We were in disagreement with the child study team and the district. She helped my family during a challenging time. I highly recommend Dr. Ra for an educational advocate, parent advocate and student advocate.
