Roy Smith is a con artist. As a subcontractor for him, he has cheated me out of over $50,000.00 that he was paid by owner of property, but fail to pay us. We have learned he is known in Alabama for not paying his subs, employees, and even skipping town on customers. HE HAS BEEN BANNED FROM DOING WORK IN THE CUTT OF TUSKEGEE,AL!!!! Please do not trust this guy to be professional on your project. He ran to GA because you all do not know his history. Look elsewhere for reliable asphalt contractor.

Fraud company. Hired Leetavous Pittman who has this company sign on his truck. I paid him $2000 advance pay on a job he started that was for $6,200. Upon starting the job he cut down some brushed of my land and asking me for more money otherwise he is not returning he said. Now I cant get him to come and finish what he started.

I like to work with RA Smith Asphalt Company because I already know that I can trust you and your work is worth it. A lot of work needed to be done to repair the cracked and uneven surfaces, and holes. Mr. Smith created an amazing action plan including very impressive asphalt repair techniques and design. I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend RAS!
