Jonathan replastered our pool in 2020 and did a fantastic job. I reached out recently with a few minor concerns—he responded quickly, came by promptly, and was happy to address everything without hesitation. Even five years later, the follow-up and service were top-notch. Highly recommend!

They suck
Add my name to the people who have never received a call back from them. Last Friday I had a very informative chat with Johnathan. He promised he would come to my house the following Tuesday morning. I sent all my address/contact info. HE NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED TO RESCHEDULE. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH ROYAL. It looks like I am not the first person to be blown off.
