I went in for a trim and shape. I discussed my desires with Rebecca and showed her how much I wanted off. The length was about 4 inches. She took off 12 INCHES! She removed a full foot of my hair and 4 years worth of growth! She did not verify the length with me when I sat in the chair or check in with me during the process. I decided to try this salon after hearing a couple good things from people nearby, and it turned out to be a pretty nice experience. The staff was friendly without being over the top, and they actually listened to what I wanted before getting started. My appointment stayed on schedule, which I really appreciated.
