I went to the Alpharetta location for this appointment. Got my first cleaning after not having it for 1 year. And surprising it was no pain. I usually don't like going to the Dentist, but I really loved it. The staff were professional and made me feel comfortable. Special thanks to the Front desk woman Kayla she broke down all the costs BEFORE every procedure and was super patient. DO NOT GO HERE!!! They told me all of my services would be covered for a first time dental appointment/cleaning + fluoride. Then as I was checking out, the receptionist said I owed $213 because "insurance didnt cover xrays or flouride." I was told that everything would be covered and there wouldnt be a copay. Will be reporting this to the dentistry board, care credit, the BBB and insurance. This is unethical. Update: I spoke with insurance and it turns out they lied to me about being in network. The staff is literally incredible. I’m terrified of going to the dentist, but they made me feel so comfortable, welcome and totally put me at ease. Will absolutely utilize them as my regular dentist office!!
