This is a phenomenal (and beautiful) store –it almost has an Apple Store vibe. But I am writing this review in regards to the bike fitting I just had there, with Tim. I had another bike fitting years ago in Seattle, which was great, which was why I wanted one for my new bike. I probably caught them on a bad day. I arrived Friday around 3pm to purchase a bike and the place was empty. Only 1 person was working the floor; older guy with a baseball cap. He was kind of rude when he said he’d get to me when he can. He was helping someone else. I said to myself, no problem. I’ll look around. As I walked around the ghost town, I thought to myself - I actually did not like how he spoke to me and would not buy a bike from him. So I left. I went to Mike’s Bikes. Josh is the best! My wife needed new road bike shoes as her Sidis never fitted her well. When we walked in we were welcomed by Josh who took so much time explaining the ins and outs of each shoe. We never felt pressured, all in all this was such a very positive experience! Thank you Josh
I feel like a kid in a candy store when I come in. The staff is super knowledgeable, friendly, and very accommodating. Their service department is top-notch. Do yourself a favor and stop by if you're in the area, even if it's just to look around, you won't regret it.
