I feel like a kid in a candy store when I come in. The staff is super knowledgeable, friendly, and very accommodating. Their service department is top-notch. Do yourself a favor and stop by if you're in the area, even if it's just to look around, you won't regret it.

Hello fellow cyclist, my family and I have made a few purchases from R&A over the last year. I ordered items because some of the staff have proven to be knowledgeable and helpful, however, we bought my son a very expensive bicycle computers with expense being relative I will tell you it was $499. Some time later my son informed me that his computer had someone else's information in it and he dismissed this thinking maybe it was an open box purchase. I didn't know my gears could shift that well. I am so happy with how well my bike rides now, and the experience with R&A was great. They quickly assessed and quoted my tune-up needs, and they were fast to repair and communicate final suggestions. My last couple rides since the tune-up have felt amazing.

R&A Cycles is a high end and an excellent bike shop. The Walnut Creek store is a veritable candy shop for bikes that my financial planner would disapprove of. What really sets R&A Cycles apart from other LBSs is their attention to detail. I ordered Zipp wheels online. They were back ordered so I waited a week for R&A to receive them and send them to me. They exhibited excellent communication and what really shined about their customer service is when R&A received the wheels, one of them had visible blemishes. Instead of just... read more
