I’ve lived in one of their buildings for the past 4 years, and our super, Benny, has been nothing short of amazing the entire time. He lived right across the hall from me with his wonderful family, and they were always so kind, welcoming, and helpful. We lived in the East Village for two years and were so grateful to have Benny as our super. He was always safe, reliable, and incredibly helpful in every instance. I lived at 42 Grove St. for two years and had the best possible experience. The building was always clean, there were no issues, and whenever I had a question, the management addressed it immediately. On one occasion, I got locked out, and the superintendent not only helped me unlock my door but also set me up with the Latch app to prevent the same issue in the future. We have looked at many apartments, both direct rentals from buildings and through brokers for condo owners. Our experiences varied widely. However our experience with Maureen and the team at RA Cohen has been amongst the best. Our unit needed quite a bit of attention after the prior tenant moved out. The RA Cohen team was responsive and attentive, replacing light fixtures right down to a very specific request to paint the edge of a door. After we moved in the attention continues.
