God help you if your apartment is "managed" by Highland. They will waste no time reminding you to pay your rent every month, but if you ask for repairs, it takes weeks to get a response - if you're lucky. In addition, they hire cheap contractors who cut corners and damage tenant property... and even better luck getting a response regarding any kind of personal damages done by these guys. They should not be in business.
The worse of the worse service ever. They never answered the phone, they promised to give you credit for the lack of service and they dont apply the credit to the account. Is the worse service i have ever have with a company
