Worst management company in history! Not even exaggerating. They’re now proposing to completely cover our pool in concrete because they lack the competency to keep it from turning green. Mind you the valley gets over 100 degrees in the summer and the AC is complete trash and has no function considering it’s from the 80’s and they refuse to replace it. God help you if your apartment is "managed" by Highland. They will waste no time reminding you to pay your rent every month, but if you ask for repairs, it takes weeks to get a response - if you're lucky. In addition, they hire cheap contractors who cut corners and damage tenant property... and even better luck getting a response regarding any kind of personal damages done by these guys. They should not be in business.
The worse of the worse service ever. They never answered the phone, they promised to give you credit for the lack of service and they dont apply the credit to the account. Is the worse service i have ever have with a company
