I've been going here since returning from foot surgery in September. The wound care here is great depending on who is working. I've had three different wound care practioners. The first Quan was okay but quite negative when discussing the progress of my healing (rate 3) The next was a guy I think his name is Ian and he was GREAT, actual debridement was so good the wound was just weeks from being completely healed and closed. They were really good at their jobs, respectful, and answered all questions with my injury.
I called R3 to find out if they accept Medicare for treatment. The woman I spoke with on the phone said I would have to come in for a consultation. I drove 20 minutes to get there today and the woman at the front desk said I would need an appointment and they don't take walk-ins. What a waste of time.
The care we have received, the answers to our questions, the diligence, all make this company top notch. We trully appreciate the help and recommendations. Eshia in the front del was so warm from my first call. Quanah was so informative. Constance was very thorough.
