I called R3 to find out if they accept Medicare for treatment. The woman I spoke with on the phone said I would have to come in for a consultation. I drove 20 minutes to get there today and the woman at the front desk said I would need an appointment and they don't take walk-ins. What a waste of time.
The care we have received, the answers to our questions, the diligence, all make this company top notch. We trully appreciate the help and recommendations. Eshia in the front del was so warm from my first call. Quanah was so informative. Constance was very thorough.
R3 has been taken care of me for the past 4 years on off. When I had to move to the Arlington location I was a bit scared. I was so wrong the staff here is as great and amazing as their Keller location. I feel I’m being well cared for and listened.
