R3 has been taken care of me for the past 4 years on off. When I had to move to the Arlington location I was a bit scared. I was so wrong the staff here is as great and amazing as their Keller location. I feel I’m being well cared for and listened. From the front desk with Ms. ZaKaara she’s is quick and the best at communicating and getting all doctors notes and files needed in a timely FAST matter. The staff here is so nice and professional. I just loved coming here, this is the only doctor's office that provides coffee and snacks. Dr Derrick, Felicia and Anna are wonderful. It feels like family
Just watch out. I asked how much the treatment costs and left because it was to expensive. They generated a $500 bill for asking a question. No treatment ever happened.
Highly recommends this wound care clinic very professional. take really good care of my wound!!
