The staff in Frisco made me feel like family. Tammie and Sarah explained the whole process and what to expect. I was nervous starting this venture and they made me feel comfortable. Diabetes is the contributing factor with the slow healing on my foot, the Hyperbaric chamber helped speed up the healing process. Thank you, ladies for taking such care of me! I had an accident on a Vespa in Italy and had a deep cut on my lower leg. Chose R3 in Flower Mound because it was close to my house. Received great care for my wound. After my insurance processed the bill I found out I was charged $10 for each visit and my co-pay was $5. I have receipts for every visit. The last visit the receptionist was out so I was unable to pay. They sent me a bill for $5. I paid this with Visa card. Called billing 2 times. Still waiting for the money they owe me.
