I had an accident on a Vespa in Italy and had a deep cut on my lower leg. Chose R3 in Flower Mound because it was close to my house. Received great care for my wound. After my insurance processed the bill I found out I was charged $10 for each visit and my co-pay was $5. I have receipts for every visit. The last visit the receptionist was out so I was unable to pay. They sent me a bill for $5. I paid this with Visa card. Called billing 2 times. Still waiting for the money they owe me.
