R2R should not be in business. There was not one nurse that had a clue on providing wound care. The wound ended up becoming a tunneling wound and I had to call in a doctor for outside help. We received wrong medicine, Mom was dropped by an aide, and we had to continually wait on supplies. I ordered most wound care items myself. We thought she might have a dislocated shoulder, R2R ordered an xray, called us the next day stated it was fractured or dislocated, and after a trip to the hospital they realized they gave us someone ... read more
Great staff, great service
I can't say enough good things about this company and the staff. Starting at the top on down, the care my mom received was top notch. When they say call for anything, they were there. They cared for her as if she was their own family member. I love Donna, Addie and Lena for helping me help my Mom. I highly recommend R2R. We miss you all dearly.
We have been with R2R since the beginning of their organization, and have found them to be absolute angels. Our home care person was here every day with a smile and a hug. She took excellent care of our mother, and became part of the family. Our r2r nurse was always here when we called, and had creative ideas for care and comfort issues, and was a total sweetheart.
