What a treasure for Elk River! Laura and her staff are fantastic! The facility is beautiful and classes are challenging and fun!!
My wife and I have been here quite a few times now, and we love it! There are a good variety of class types to choose from, and we always get a great workout. The studio has a cool modern vibe, and the instructors are very helpful and motivating. Definitely would recommend!
