Communication was timely, work was done as expected, and he even drove a distance over for the job. Communicated each step he was doing keeping me informed and even let me know of something was off. Was able to handle everything with almost hands off. My roof had been hit by lightning, leaving some damaged shingles and small hole. He attempted to match the shingle and appears to be close for my standards. I recommend him if you need any roofing repair. The pictures are a before and after.

Highly recommend this company! Mr. Hynes was outstanding. Very informative about the process of cleaning the fire/smoke damage to our unit. He gave dates for every step, was on point, and kept me updated the entire time. I never once had to call for questions concerning anything due to his outstanding costumer service.

While the craftsmanship of their 2 former employees who worked in our home was fantastic, the lack of communication and prolonged absenteeism led to our remodel lasting from March 2022-Aug 2023. 6+ months of 2023 was absenteeism with zero communication. Initially, their work schedule exhibited promise, with a designated window of 8:30-9am until 2pm.
